Abhi and Pragya both think of each other in misery. Alia and Tanu think that Pragya must be crying and look for her in her room but can't find her. Dadi consoles Pragya, who is crying in another room and tells her about the day she found her in the hospital almost dead. Dadi had recognised Pragya's 'mangalsutra' and had called home to tell everyone about Pragya being alive, but Alia hung up on her.
